Method
Step 1: Prep Everything
Slice beef if needed. Cut peppers into strips. Chop broccoli into florets. Mince garlic and ginger. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in small bowl.
Step 2: Cook Rice
Start rice first — takes longest.
Step 3: Hot Wok
Heat wok until smoking. Add vegetable oil.
Step 4: Sear Beef
